Students rely almost completely on the day-to-day, week-to-week, and term-to-term classroom assessments of their achievement to judge their current success and their hope for success in the future.What instructions can we give them that will permit them to demonstrate mastery of essential skills? ... speech, perform some kind of athletic activity, build a mousetrap car or, in Emilya#39;s case, write about a particular topic for a particular purpose.
